Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your access and use of the Trauvkar24 mobile application ("the Application"), operated by Trauvkar24 ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Purpose of the Application

Trauvkar24 is a platform that connects service providers ("Providers") with clients ("Clients"). The Application facilitates contact between Providers and Clients but does not intervene in the execution, quality, legality, or success of services rendered. All services are performed under the sole responsibility of the Provider.

2. Registration and Use

2.1. Conditions of Registration

To use the Application, Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes:

  • A real identity and a clear profile photo.

  • Updated personal and professional information.

  • Identity verification documents when requested.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and actions.

2.2. Providers' Commitments

Providers agree to:

  • Offer services that comply with Cambodian law and regulations.

  • Be solely responsible for their legal obligations (registration, tax, insurance, etc.).

  • Only offer services that are listed in the categories available on the Application.

2.3. Commission

Providers agree to pay Trauvkar24 a 19% commission on each sale made through the Application. This commission will be automatically deducted from each transaction or as otherwise agreed.

2.4. Medical Services

Medical services (e.g., doctors, nurses) require strict verification. Providers in this category must provide valid certifications and authorizations. Non-medical service Providers are not subject to such verification, and Trauvkar24 assumes no responsibility for their qualifications.

3. Permissions and Device Access

  • Camera: Required for profile photos or identity verification. Access is requested only with your permission.

  • Location: You manually set your service area; Trauvkar24 does not collect real-time GPS data.

  • Video Features (Future): Optional access to your camera/gallery for uploading promotional videos, with your consent.

4. Content, Conduct & Reviews

4.1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload any content that is:

  • Inappropriate, illegal, or harmful.

  • Misleading or impersonating others.

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or delete content or accounts that violate these T&Cs.

4.2. Reviews and Comments

Clients may consult public reviews left by other users to assess Providers before booking. However, reviews are user-generated, and Trauvkar24 is not responsible for their accuracy.

4.3. Dress Code, Nudity, and Graphic Content Policy

Content showing users in swimwear (e.g., bikinis for women, shirtless torsos for men) is allowed only in clearly appropriate contexts such as beaches, pools, sports, or vacation environments.

However, any content that is:

  • Sexually suggestive,

  • Focused on intimate body parts,

  • Or inappropriate in tone or context,

may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination without prior notice.

In addition, any content containing explicit nudity—including visible genitals, buttocks, or female nipples—is strictly prohibited.

Content depicting graphic violence, including but not limited to blood, injuries, abuse, or acts of physical harm, is also strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate and permanent account suspension.

5. Trust, Verification & Dispute Resolution

5.1. Verification

To build trust, we may request identification documents from both Providers and Clients. These documents are reviewed internally and not shared publicly without consent.

5.2. Disputes

In case of conflict between a Client and a Provider:

  • A chat system may be set up for communication.

  • Trauvkar24 may act as a neutral mediator, but holds no legal responsibility for the outcome.

  • Refunds must be resolved directly between Client and Provider; Trauvkar24 does not process refunds.

6. Termination of Access

6.1. Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time using the procedure within the Application.

6.2. Termination by Trauvkar24

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account in cases of:

  • Violation of these T&Cs.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Trauvkar24 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of Providers or Clients.

  • We act solely as a platform and do not guarantee the outcome, legality, or safety of services.

  • We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Application.

8. Modifications to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified of any changes within the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the new T&Cs.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh.
